When used as directed, Scar Angel wound closure strips help support the appearance of healing scars.

Directions for Use
Change every 5 days for 4 months
- Clean skin with alcohol; allow skin to dry.
- Firmly secure Scar Angel® to one side of surgical incision.
- Extend each Scar Angel® strip over incision/ and press to secure to opposite side of incision. Do not apply excessive pressure or tension.
- Place Scar Angel® strips as directed by your physician, until entire incision is covered. Every surgery is different. For example, after a tummy tuck the strips are placed longitudinally, along the length of the incision; in other surgeries, such as a breast lifts, the strips are also placed in a perpendicular fashion.
- To remove Scar Angel®, carefully/gently peel strips away.
A small number of individuals may have sensitive skin, and may experience some skin irritation.

Precautions
- Not for use on infected or open wounds, or if you have a tape allergy.
- Do not use excessive pressure/tension when applying—this may result in loss of adhesion, skin shearing or skin blistering.
- If skin irritation, allergic reaction, rash, or signs of infection appear, discontinue use and see a medical provider promptly.
Signs of infection include: pus, increasing redness, swelling, pain around the incision, and red streaks spreading from the incision site into surrounding skin.
Supply
- Each foil pouch contains 10 individual packets of Scar Angel®. Each packet contains 2 cards, each with 6 sterile wound closures.
- Packets are sterile unless package is damaged or open.
- Store at room temperature. Avoid excessive heat or humidity.
